if digits 3,4,5 of your serial number are 940 or higher: most likely not, it will be tethered which means you'll have to jailbreak it again and again everytime your iphone shuts off or dies.

BUT it's worth a try because mine is a 943 and my jailbreak isn't tethered.

If the 4th and 5th digits in the serial number are 40 or above it's most likely a
phone with the new bootrom. So it would require a tethered jailbreak on startup
    everytime.

Mine is 942 so I won't bother with the jailbreak. What if something happened in the middle of travelling and the phone dies? not worth it!
Hope they do come up with a non tethered jailbreak method.

i have it jailbroken tethered of course. it lasts well over a day for me so dont have that problem. but i also have my laptop so if it does restart (which it hasn't so far) i can fix it right away.
