Can you still change the APN settings with the 3.0 update and if so how?

and i am using the sidekick prepaid plan with me iphone only thing is no internet but i have wifi so i am good just wondering if i can change my apn to the sidekick apn so i could get on the net outside of my home i googled it and some say you can and some say you cant.

so could somebody help me with this ?
