    got an iphone4 for a friend in ecuador and they got the minichip but the phone is locked. how do i go about getting it opened for my friend?

    As far as I know the iphone 4 can not be unlocked. Pwnage tool will reportedly have the ability, but I'm not sure it's out yet.
