Navi, I am honestly not sure about this. I do not think JailBreaking the iPhone unlocks it for use on another carrier, but I could totally be wrong!

Part of me thinks that the JailBreak only allows for applications, themes, etc etc... and then the other part of me vaguely recalls that a JailBreak unlocks the device as well
