ipad home key not working

Hi, I have the ipad1 which has already been replaced twice due to firmware issue and a crack on the glass. Now the home key on my latest ipad is not working.

Any solutions/ suggestions before i call Apple support?

I don't know how much help you can get from a blackberry forum, I personally didn't have that problemo with my ipad, or any hardware issues, but since Apple offers great customer support, go for it. Assuming you're still under the warranty?

Although the home key may not work have you tried to reset the device?

The problem seem to have magically gone away after a software update to 5.0.1. Lets see if it reappears, then i will try a reset or may be demand an ipad2 from Apple
