iOS5 Calendar Colors...

I searched for an answer and failed. I posted his question over in the iMore forums but got nothing, so I am going to try it here.

Is there anyway to have just a basic black text on white or white text on black in the iPhone 4s calendar? I am not a real fan of the pastel colors the are offered, and can not find a way to use just basic black and white?

As stated in another thread - new iOS user after being a long time BB user, so I am learning here.

If you mean in day view it's a function of the source of your calendar. For example the color of my calendars are set by logging into iCloud on the web and setting it there. The same would apply to google calendar, outlook etc. you set the color at the source.
