The best fix of course is "Fixes a bug that prevents iPhone 5 from installing software updates wirelessly over the air." Oh the irony.............

Re: iOS 6.0.1 is live now.
The bugs I never knew existed. How useful. Though I hope the Wi-Fi fix resolves the intermittent logon page connect, as found at such free wi-fi sites as Starbucks and some corporate networks. Though I have my doubts...
Now how about deleting Siri, Newsstand, Passbook (in favour of having them an App Store user install); fixing Maps, battery drain from the last iOS upgrade, and, oh yeah, finally allowing users to add attachments from Mail? - 11-02-2012, 10:18 AM

Re: iOS 6.0.1 is live now.
Well, that's a start - but I'm talking the ability to add documents, pdf, whatever - and multiple files too, if necessary. Even if Mail only accessed whatever files were available locally in an Apple product (say, a rationale for having Pages), if not your iCloud files.
Having to start a 3rd Party program (like Documents to Go) to first choose the attachments before staring the email is counter-intuitive and near-useless if you are replying to an email and wish to add attachments.
Its not brain surgery - BlackBerry has been able to do it - and if Apple really wants iPhone / iPad to be considered by business people.... - 11-02-2012, 05:07 PM #11

iOS 6.0.1 is live now.
Yeah. They should really get on that if they want the last six percent of the Fortune 500 not already deploying iOS products to get on this train.

Re: iOS 6.0.1 is live now.
Well...... yeah, this is a well known limitations of iOS. I believe it's not going to change anytime soon since a file manager seems to be against the whole iOS philosophy. If a file manager is important to you, you might want to consider another platform. Alternatively, as you stated, use 3rd party apps and deal with it. I regularly have to receive and send large PDF files, I don't find it much of a bother.
Basically, the deal is this. iOS has a feature set, and some of it is great. Some of it, not so much. The good goes with the bad. If in your usage, the bad outweighs the good, then it's time to switch. - 11-03-2012, 05:27 AM #15
iOS 6.0.1 is live now.
A simple workaround for me is to; take a screenshot (or 2 or 3, etc.)
And then just as Roo zilla suggested.
Might not work for you but works for me.
