I'm kinda lost..

as you can see my 4s is jailbroken..as of latly ive been receiving this pop-up when i go in to cydia...my phone and it's content is running fine...including packages and such that i install via cydia. i know Ultrasnow is causing this but why would it randomly start to be unsafe? should i re-jailbreak?...or is it nothing to worry about?

Id restore and rejailbreak. But thats just me.

Ok so i have restoed and Re-jailbroke before..but this time its saying i must update befor i restore..i dont want anything to prevent a future jailbreak..do i just let it update?
