Icons stop wiggling without me touching the screen

I'm running my 4S jailbroken.

I noticed tonight that, when I press an icon to make it wiggle, it automatically stops within 2 seconds.

They used to keep going unless I pressed the home key. Now, I'm literally not touching anything and they stop.

I uninstalled the 2 apps I downloaded via Cydia tonight and the wiggle issue is still there.

Anyone encounter this and/or know a fix to keep the wiggle going like it does stock?

By the way, the icons will continue to wiggle in the app switcher bar.

It only doesn't stay wiggling on the icons on the springboard.

UPDATE: I did the normal thing and completely wiped, reloaded 5.0.1, restored, and rejailbroke.

It was the cleanest way...
