how to sync new videos to iphone without deleting the old videos ???

every time i sync videos from my computer to my iphone , i discover that my old videos who were on my iphone are gone ,, anybody can help me plz?

Is it the same computer each time? It sounds like you might be syncing with two different machines.

no , i just have one computer and 1 iphone , but its when i add new videos to my phone , my old one are deleted alone

Connect your IPhone to your computer. Click on the IPhone in the device list in ITunes. Then click on the box which says manually manage songs and videos. This will make it so that it will not automatically sync the songs and videos. You can instead drag and drop the new songs from your ITunes library to your IPhone.
