If you plan on Jailbreaking your device. DO NOT UPDATE to 5.1
The "dream team" is almost done with the A5 device (iPhone 4s and iPad2) Untethered JB. If you update you may end up waiting a while before a new JB is released. The Team is saying a couple of days away from a public release.
