    Im a Blackberry user, but i have a co-worker that just picked up a new fangle 3G iPhone and setup his work e-mail account on it. He is running the latest OS 2.2.1 and is connecting to our Exchange 2003 SP2 server. He can & i witnessed this, see all of his folders, send mail successfully, but cannot see nor receive mail. Tried Googling and ran through the setup and changed SSL off and on. Any ideas.

    That might be the IT policies stopping the email from coming in. I would try calling Apple support.
