    well, i just checked the app store, and it doesnt mention anything about the push, just that its pending approval....i'll check itunes.

    ok, just read the tipb.com post and understand why its not on there yet.

    yahoo messenger is what i use, i dont even have an aol acct. i guess i'll hold out until the yahoo gets sorted out.

    There seems to be an issue with Yahoo. Have you tried the free version of IM+ while you wait?
