If you have a credit on the account it won't let you change store regions. I had to spend the balance of my gift card ($3 bucks) before I did it.

Yeah it didn't work for me .. it doesn't allow me none as a payment option and wants me to enter either MC or Visa billing information however it needs a New Zealand credit card # AND New Zealand Billing information. What am I doing wrong?

I don't know. "None" worked for me and then I used the postal code and city in the directions.

No I got it to work.. ended up creating a new account. Try to install it on my kid's ipod touch 5 and its incompatible... guess it's only compatible with the iphone.. what was I thinking? oh well...

It worked for me in the US. You need to do it with your iPhone to see the "none" option for payment type.

Having problems logging in with my Blackberry ID right after I picked the US as my country. It sends you to dead-end web-screens with no way out. Right now, I'm looking at a screen that says "A problem has occurred in BBM. Please try again later" and the app is frozen.

Now it tells me I have no internet connection when I do. Each time I get an alert screen with no exit method. I have to kill the app on my phone.

About as far as I can get is a Site Maintenance page. Perhaps US servers aren't ready?

Stuff like this will cause a lot of people to bail-out because nobody really needs to get on BBM on their iPhone.

BTW, it wouldn't install on my iPad Mini because it said it wasn't compatible. This app may be restricted to the iPhone.

Help! I added it on an iphone that i had at home to test it. The Iphone app works fine but I cannot sent messages to the iphone nor can i add to a group. I get the red x failed.
Need to figure this out before tomorrow. Entire iphone family is adding the app tomorrow.

Will begin to improve. As long as we have downloaded the latest official version, it is fine.

Mine is touch and go. Works fine with some contacts but others I accept the invite but nothing happens. They don't show up in my contacts once accepted.

It's a joke surely? It's been in development for months, they knew it wouldn't drop until after iOS 7, had the iOS 7 developer kit yet didn't use iOS 7 UI design elements? It even uses the iOS 6 keyboard for christ sake. It's a mess. What on earth does BB think? SMH. No thought whatsoever. I'm not sure why I expected better to be honest but at the very least I would have expected a brand new app from a major company expanding their reach to use the newest UI elements so that it actually looks and feels at home on the new platform, this is just typical of BB performance lately. Hopefully they'll get an actual iOS 7 update out the door shortly. I'm really disappointed that this last ditch effort at relevancy shows no effort on their part at all. Shame.

Compatibility has nothing to do with it. While EVERYONE else is designing for iOS 7 RIM decided to use OLD UI elements from iOS 6! It was either laziness or stupidity, I'm sorry. I know they'll fix it, or rather I think they will but you never know I suppose.

Yes they do, like fixing their stupidity and laziness. I will assume that the delay means they are addressing some of these issues and BBM is now "coming soon" along with everything else. It is absolutely pathetic.
