No, they're about $500ea. That's what Verizon/ATT pay. You pay $2-400 and they pay Apple the rest. Remember, half the electronics sold in the year sell in the 4th quarter, and a lot of those are gifts. My stepson already got his iPhone, and so did my wife, and my daughter will get a refurb Macbook. That's enough Apple gear for one year.
