testing app on storm

Hi all,

I have sucessfully tested an app on Curve, Tour and Bold devices using Eclipse 3.0 by installing signing keys in Eclipse

I have developed app for Storm devices But don't know how to test it. I'm using Eclipse 3.1 at this time due to touch screen support in it. But I cant not install the same keys in this although the app is same.

Do i need to request for signed key again for the same app.


Please provide some help.

No, you don't need to request new keys. It is because of the new Eclipse version. Check the PATH parameter in Windows - Environment variables, probably the path to the keys is to the Eclipse 3.0 directory.

But i did not find any path for Eclipse 3.0 in Environment variable.

Actually i can't run signature tool for installing keys in eclipse 3.1 using the existing keys(already used for installing signature tool in 3.0) .
Also import existing key is not working.
I don't know what to do?
Please provide some help

Hi,

Try this:
- search Eclipse 3.0 folder for files:
*sigtool.csk
*sigtool.db
*sigtool.set
- copy those files to the same Eclipse 3.1 directory

If this doesn't help - delete both Eclipse installations, install Eclipse 3.1 and import the keys
