Default Send email via BlackBerry Enterprise server

I am developing and application that has a functionality of sending and receiving emails.I was trying to connect my blackberry phone to the Enterprise server so I could send and receive emails but with no success.Can someone provide with some tutorial how to register an email account on a Blackberry Enterprise server so my phone can send and receive emails via that account?Thanks

The Enterprise server is setup by companies for their employees.

You will either need to a get job for a company running a BES or sign up for a BES Express account.

Do you have BIS email?

When you goto email setup does it only say BES?

Do you have an active data plan on your phone?

I have a BES Express account and when I go to email setup there is only BES option.
