I'd like an app that does nothing. Zero. Zip. Just a transparent icon that, when clicked, does nothing.

I want to distribute this with my themes as a 'spacer' for those folks that say: 'can you make this theme without a weather slot?'. This way, I'm giving them that option without having to make a separate theme.

Why not just use composer for this?

Use a hotkey function that hides/shows the weather slot. EASY!

No it wouldn't, not if you informed people that do not want to use the weather slot to start their buttons from 2-7 instead of 1-6. If weather slot users wanted to use it, they can... Press a button and slot one will show on the screen. Easy.
