please help registering for an account

Hello everyone I'm trying to register for a vendor account to sell my apps in app world. The only problem is that I am 15 so I had to use my parents names for the paypal account and the blackberry account. My parents are afraid of the internet and they are scared about all of the Vendor Agreements and Terms and conditions from RIM, Digital River and BANGO at the start of the registration process. So to anyone that has made an vendor account how have the terms and conditions affected you? My parents are afraid RIM is going to take the house or something.
