Default Percentages RIM pays for BB App World?

Can someone confirm the percentages RIM pays for App World sales? I can't seem to find a solid answer anywhere.
I'm under the impression that it's 70% for most sales, and 60% for carrier billed sales. Is that correct?
Also, how does RIM make those payments?
Basically I started selling on App World in May. For May I received approx. 65% of the amount brought in by app sales in two payments. I just got paypaled for June, again two payments, but this time I only received about 40% of the gross sale amount. That just doesn't seem right to me. Is there a third payment maybe?

Edit - never mine, I just found out bango takes 60 days to pay you.
