New Look Vendor Portal for BlackBerry App World!

It appears that the AppWorld vendor portal has changed significantly in terms of look and feel. It looks fancy! However, the schedule report generation is not working! While generating report for our App Email++, I keep getting the following email with failed message:

Just received update from AppWorld support, and this is a problem since 3.1 upgrade last night. AppWorld team is working hard to resolve this!

I'm sitting on the sidelines. Bet it will be hours to go.

Schedule Report Generation is Working Again!

It shows "Service Temporarily Unavailable" when I try to go to the vendor portal link:
https://appworld.blackberry.com/isvportal/home.do

Is anyone aware of any scheduled downtime?

I'm getting this at the portal:

"Site Map: Maintenance

Our website is currently undergoing a scheduled maintenance to upgrade our systems in order to better serve you.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience."

The new vendor portal is considering the '+' character invalid even though it is not included among the invalid character list. Following is the error message we get, but our product name is Email++

Did anyone else encounter this?

I haven't been able to get any reports in the last day. IS anyone else having this issue?

I managed to get report this morning. Sometimes. I had experienced that for a certain duration, the report would not get generated. I would see that the report is pending. After few hours, it usually starts to work again.

It seems that the download report works, but the purchase report does not. I get email about the completion of the report, but no report listed I wonder if it is because of the name of our app, "Email ++" since it has '+' in the name.

The issue of '+' not being considered as valid character has been resolved. The report generation also seems to be working fine.
