Default Need help getting my application onto a device.

Hello all!

I'm new to the whole blackberry scene and would like some tip on how to work with these complex devices.

First of all, I'm new to the world of mobile app development and I apologize if I ask noobie and/or repetitive questions.

I'm not new to software development(I work as one). However, I'm new to the whole mobile thing and my employer had asked me to write an application for their blackberry devices. My company has a BES(enterprise server) that I have full access to. I'm also the only one working on this.

I'm having trouble getting my files onto the device.

(I can't provide a link to the image of what it says, but I'll paste it here)
<this is in command promp using javaloader>

C:\BlackBerry Apps\EmergencyContactList\deliverables\Standard\6. 0.0>javaloader l
oad EmergencyContactList.cod
RIM Wireless Handheld Java Loader
Copyright 2001-2009 Research In Motion Limited
Connecting to device...
Connected **
Loading EmergencyContactList Error: module excluded by IT Policy
11404 bytes sent at ~30410 bps
Disconnected

</end>

It says that I have an IT policy that is blocking the transfer of my files. I've looked into the IT policy and it is set to default already.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried to load using Desktop Manager?

Does your app require code signing? (Most apps do.) If so, have you signed the code?

Sorry, I'm a little late. I did get the application to go onto the device. I just had to disable the IT security from the BES.

Thanks!
