Default In need of a custom app..
Actually, I need two.

1) Simple GPS app, to http post gps info to our server. Very basic display.
2) App for reading website, similar to Time magazine's app, to integrate with a joomla install.

Where can I find someone to help out with this?

How much for each app? How long does this stuff take to write?
