Mobile App for my site, help!!!

hi dear users. My friend has a site in Asia
and he want to have a mobile app for his site.
like "Crackberry app" for Crackberry site
what is the best way to create mobile app or any program to create mobile apps
please give good advise

the crackberry app is what, a program that look on crackberry.com for apps (maybe get a return in xml with image description and all that) with the direct URL that open in the default Browser (which will show you the windows where you can click Install or Cancel)
