How to realize gif animation in BlackBerry?

Dear all geek,

Is there any idea in how to realize animation gif format in BB.
you know bb self can play gif animation in the gallery.

now we want to use our own app to combine a gif within 3-x images in, each has 0.2 second as interval.

any ideas? Would be much more appreciate!
