how to develope BBM conneted app with GPS navigation..??

Hi,
hey actually m developing an app on Blackberry platform in Java environment ,which is a 'location tracing app with social networking' .it s a BBM connected app.now wid dis app i want to trace my own location and of the ones who hv registered on the app in my contacts and render the locations on the google static map image in real time.once this s done m also providing functionality for chatting ,sharing files etc in the app. now for this m facing some problems :

1.google map doesnt work on BB . also BB maps dont work in india...so can v use the static map images to show location in real time..?? i hv tried rendering the image but it s rendered through an url so how can v embed it into the app...?? m stuck here only...it s the Toughest part....!!!

2.As the app will be downloaded to users phone and once he launches the app , the app has to connect to internet ,use BBM services, for map rendering and user profile, database has to be to maintained. so the app needs to be hosted at some place. so which cloud service will be best useful and how do v hv to implement it...??
