Default Great Lessons

Is there any good lessons that are beginner friendly for programming apps for the blackberry.

My only programming experience is HTML and TI-Basic (Programming basic apps for Texas Instruments' calculators)

If you know HTML, you can try to use Webworks. There is a getting started guide on BlackBerry developer's website.
