Default Form conceptor with JDE for BlackBerry?

Hello my friends,

Is there a way to create forms with the JDE Automatically ? Or the one way is to build the form manually with coding, like in the Helloword demo apps ?

I would like to create an apps in Java for my BlackBerry curve.

Thanks a lot,

regards,

Nixeus

There is no GUI designer for BlackBerry Java. You have to create your GUIs in code. Its not that hard.

RIM was working on a GUI designer a year ago, but the project was never released. I think it was some legal questions as it involved technology licensed from a company that was acquired in the middle of their development process.

Hello and thanks a lot for your answer,

I will create my form manually.

The problem is that i don't know all the control available for BlackBerry RIM.

Is there a link to a documentation about the GUI (the differents controls,etc...) ?

You've got a lot of documentation to start reading...

This is the central place to look for it, of course:
BlackBerry - Java Application Development

And I don't know if this fancy direct link will actually work, but here's a UI component overview page:
Quick Reference Guide - UI Component - BlackBerry Java SDK - 6.0
