Default Developer neglect = Costumer neglect.

So when the Playbook first showed up, there was a small selection of apps/games. Although one of them was called KukiVSCandy. Now this game had nice graphics/audio for one of the first games ever on the Playbook, although the gameplay and options needed some work.
You see this game details used to say, "Pendin updated for: 8x the smoothness/speed, & multi-player"! No with the Playbooks size, and the gameplay. I was a very intrigued on how these updates will effect the game.
Although, lol... I was the only one that I see who gave a rating. Another game by the name of, "Bug War: Recolonize" came out that was much more popular (I have both). They were practically similar in game objectives. Altbough one has better graphics, and the other has a better game/story modes.

Now I see this game with a price reduction, and the game description has changed. With you guessed it, no more pending updates... I lost out on dollar (which I don'tmind), and some updates (which I do mind).
Anyways the point, the point... well I guess I'm curious. How are all you developers/costumers doing out there?

I imagine a number of devs had slower sales than they had hoped, and find it hard to justify spending more time on improving their apps. I know that on the dev forums a few mentioned that it was more worthwhile to spend time developing on other platforms.
You also have to remember that there were a good number of devs who submitted apps just to get in on the free PB offer. So a number of those guys never really had any intention of committing to or continuing development on the platform.

I'm still here and eagerly looking forward to 2.0 - I will be releasing a free upgrade later this month even if RIM does not give me use of the magnetometer by then.

I am not happy with sales but they could be a lot worse! Thanks to all those who purchased What's up. I hope you are getting as much enjoyment using my app as I did making it for you. I hope that you will find time to write a review and tell potential buyers how you are using it.
