Developer needed for simple app (with great potential user base!)

Dear Developers,

As many users in Europe, I travel a lot and switch SIM cards to avoid roaming charges. It's all great except I have to manually change the APN every time.
The app I need is very simple: a profile-like app that lets you select between different pre-entered APNs, from the application list or even better from the home screen as in the ring-vibrate-profile app. Saving the hassle of going to Options-Advanced-APN would be great.
If it already exists, please let me know!
Please feel free to code it and sell it (I will want a free registration of course!) or distribute it open source or whatever. This sounds easy and feasible, and I can assure you lots of people would greatly appreciate the convenience!
