App files request to manual install on BB

Hello,
It seems that a lot of the app vendors (ebay,amazon etc..) only allow you to download the app via the browser and do not allow you to download the .cod or .alx files any longer.

Could anyone provide the .alx or .cod files for the following apps? I have a new Blackberry Style which isn't listed on a lot of the websites to download their apps. I know some may not work well, but its worth trying.

If you have any of the following apps, it would be great if us Style users could get the files for

Slingplayer
Amazon App
Ebay App
Viigo
