Lightbulb Will ATT get the Nexus One?

Does anyone know if ATT will be carrying the Nexus One? If so, any release date in sight? I really want to give this phone a shot.

Without 3G the phone's internet will be sooooooooooooooooooo slow!

I highly doubt they will make one specifically for AT&T until the iPhone contract expires.

Actually, I have a Nexus and this is untrue.

The Nexus on EDGE will smoke, and does smoke, any, and I mean ANY Blackberry running on 3G.

Blackberries do not have enough horsepower to render as fast as the Nexus. The simple fact is that data bottlenecks at the Blackberry, so a faster network speed does almost zero good.

This is my experience with the 9000, 8900, etc., compared to my Nexus.

Until RIM adds better processing chips, this will continue to be the case.

actually RIM's biggest fault is a java based OS... until they scrap that dont expect anything fast from RIM.
