Is it best to run WiFi when available or not? Is it true that it will have less battery usage than when running on 3G? At home I have WiFi and at work I do as well, should I go ahead and turn on the DI's signal on at these places? It does seem to run a bit faster in my case at home

the CDMA radio consumes more power than WIFI and using it instead of the 3G from VZW will be better

Thanks for the prompt response........another question, if I left the WiFi on, would the DI automatically switch between 3G and WiFi when it can on its own or do I have to continue doing it myself? Will battery life be an issue? Thoughts?

if you leave it on with no WIFI signal available it will use the battery more. so you should shut it off
