    I just downloaded the file in the link and installed it manually. It is running smooth so far. I did read a bunch of comments (after I installed it) about people's phones bricking from the install, but I'm an Android noob and had no problems at all.

    This build is KILLING my battery. I may downgrade back to 2.2 if it doesn't improve. I used to make it through the day with NO problems. Now I'm at 80% by 10am and 30% right now with minimal use. This just isn't acceptable for work!

    That's funny because I have the opposite experience. My batt life now is phenomenal, I have the ext battery but it didn't seem to last too long
