    I tether my no rooted VZW Thunderbolt using 'Easy Tether' and it has been working great! Easy to install and setup, speeds are fast, no disconnect issues.

    If Easy Tether is no longer in the Android Market, you can get it from the ET website itself.

    Easy Tether Lite is free. That's what I currently use.
