Hey Joe. Just give it some time. Once you customize the Android it is really easy and efficient to use.

Took me a day or two to set it up how I liked, and learn the keyboard.

OK....I'm feeling like quite a noob here so hang w/me please.
I really am trying to "get with" android. I have a system with my berry and I need to keep it going with droid. (at least some of it)
Email is a biggie. I really need to save email as unread, be able to see a count of how many I have, and know when a new email comes in.
See the screen shot below. You can see I have 7 unread email. When a new one comes in, a red * shows up on the email folder.

I'd like to do the same w/txt as well....but not as critical as email.

I hope someone can help you. I use the stock Sense HI and never had message counter on my Android. I missed that but didn't want to mess with Launcher Pro.

Hey there....I actually forgot to ask in my post if anyone has used Enhanced Email. It sure looks like the ticket but I don't wanna drop $10 to find out it isn't.

I love my android phone BUT...the keyboard on these things are horrible to use compared to a blackberry. I don't know if it's my phone(Gz'one Commando) or what but I hate the keyboard.

Before anyone says to download a new one, I've tried every keyboard out there and while some are better then others, none of them come close to a blackberry.

Is there a guide or thread that talks about what Android apps are similar to BB apps, like NoLED vs. BeBuzz, WhatsApp vs. BBM, etc/

If you switch from Blackberry to Android, I would recommend to use VoIP app “SiP Droid” on your android. This will be more feasible on your BBM or any other cheap mobile services. I am using SiP droid for a while provided by Axvoice and I can talk to my parents in Anchorage. BBM used to take a lot of time in typing messages and I can not receive a reply from my mother as she is not good at typing.
