Default something I noticed with the app drawer

I noticed this yesterday and maybe someone can tell me why this is. I am using go launcher and whenever I go to all apps in the app drawer , not even open any of the apps, and then go to where it shows the apps that are running the amount of memory that is displayed goes down drastically. And if I open those apps it goes down even more. But if I put those apps on my home screen and open them then go back to see how much memory I have in the app drawer under apps running it doesn't change.hopefully everyone understands what Im saying, kind of hard to explain. Does anyone know why this is?

I don't use go launcher so I'm not sure but having apps in memory is a good thing. That's how android likes it. I would not worry about it.

Yea..unless you start getting low mem warnings or something..or you really care about benchmarks..I wouldn't worry too much about memory on these things.

Memory is cached to speed up the system. It is jist sitting there so why not use it? Linux has done it for years and is solid.

I'd be more worried about processor time, which can't be tracked from what I remember.
