    Default Slacker on Eris?

    Can you cache Slacker stations on the Eris? I would like to upgrade from my BB to the Eris but I really enjoy listening to slacker while working. I travel to rural areas that are in and out of service with VZW. I have never had a problem as long as the playing station was cached.

    I don't think the Android version of Slacker has the caching feature in it's current implementation. I will download the app now and see.

    Yes, the Android version of Slacker doesn't have the caching feature.

    Slacker=Yes
    Slacker + Caching=No

    Pretty sure RIM locked up an agreement with Slacker so that the ability to cache stations would be exclusive to Blackberries.

    Thanks. I guess I will stick to my BB. No radios in company vehicles.
