    OK so I am expierencing a lot of lag from my Droid on the the home screen, when sliding down the notification bar, and on on menues. Sometimes it lags sometimes it doesn't. Should. Exchange it or can I fix this on my own. Please help.

    Have you tried power cycling the Droid? Turn off, then on.

    You can try moving your files off your memory card and reformatting the card, then move the files back.

    Get a task killer. Probably too many things running at once.

    Do you have a task killer? Task killer is Bad for droid, as they multi well, and can lag when humans interfere. See forum below...

    Get a task killer. Probably too many things running at once.
    You don't need this since android os will kill apps if memory is needed.

    Try doing a battery pull. I had that same lag when I had my Droid the first week. Did a battery pull and all is well. I had to do a battery pull today simce I wasn't getting any cell signal.

    yes, but you shouldnt have to do it that often. you may want to check your 3rd party installed apps too. some of them if left running can eat up memory. certain games and widgets.

    Make sure you power off your phone before you pull the battery. It isn't like the blackberry and pull the battery while the phone is still on.
