Samsung galaxy tab help!
I no this is a blackberry site an the tab is not bb, but really its not about the tab its the situation so just please read.
Got my dad a galaxy tab 10 for xmas and he was having problems with the power button so we sent it back, mid january it came,but with a big scratch going across the screen so we sent it back again, the end of febuary came still no tab. So i rang up and they got it before the end of january but they had forgotten to sent it to the repair center and said that they will send it right that minute,mid march came no tab still so had to ring up again and they had still not sent it, so i complained and got in touch with the manager and he said he will get the legal team to ring me.
The end of march came still no tab and no phone call,so i rang up and they sent me rma envelope to send back an get a new one 3 weeks today no envelope has come so i rung up 2days and they said they will send me a brand new one out a.s.a.p.
Is there anything i can do about this? Get some sort of money back or a pack of free acessorys or anything like that?PHONES:

read the whole thing and still don't see how it relates to blackberry.
you might want to try an android or Samsung site.

Ring back & ring back but you already rung up two days ago. You could wait a little bit more.

no i read the first line as i was reading through the whole thing.
my answer is still the same: you'll be more like to find help at a Samsung forum. where there might be people who have been or are in the same situation as you.
if i ever have issues like yours with RIM; i will definitely not go asking in a Samsung android forum for advise.
