If after upgrading (manually) to 2.1, can I revert to 2.0 if I find it 2.1 problematic?

You can use an SBF file, which is pretty much a recovery, like what VZW techs use in case you brick your phone.

2.1 shouldn't be problematic though, it has so much bug fixes and adds, new baseband all that good stuff.

It's not the first post saying that 2.1 seems problematic though. To the OP, maybe you should give it a few days. Hopefully it will settle in.
