Problem with my HTC Help me please

Sorry this is not Blacckberry related, But I got a HTC Wildfire and put the pattern code as a password and got it wrong so many times that it got blocked. They send a recover password to my alternative email address and i changed the password of my original email address but the new password still doesnt work, I can log on to the google account on a computer but not on the mobile phone which is blocked now. Does anyone know how to get me another try on the pattern or to turn the lock off? sorry this is not about blackberry but I do have a blackberry Please Help me Thanks. Everyone here is really smart and cool

Only thing I can think of is maybe factory reset
