Default pdf shortcut?

I downloaded a PDF off the internet and was wondering if there is a way of making a shortcut on my home screen to go to it without having to go into my files first?

What phone are you using? ADW lets me create custom shortcuts to files.

I've never TouchWiz, so I don't know if it has the ability to do it. But if you use ADW (can try this on TouchWiz too), all you have to do is press and hold on a home screen, wait till the menu pops up to add a widget or whatever, then click on custom shortcut, and navigate to the PDF and voila.

1) Download ES File Explorer.
2) Open ES File Explorer
3) Go back to the home screen on your Android device.
4) Navigate to the screen where you would like to place the shortcut.
5) Re-open ES File Explorer.
6) Navigate to the file located on your sdcard using ES File Explorer.
7) Press and hold the file, and select Shortcut from the menu.
8) The shortcut to the file will be added to that home screen on your Android device.
