I just switched from a BB 9930 to android, and there is a Google app that you can download that will sync Outlook with your Google account. It works flawlessly, it syncs calendar and contacts and you can set up the sync frequency, I have mine set to every 5 minutes. I put an appt in my Outlook calendar on my laptop, clicked Save and then a minute later grabbed my phone and that appt was on there! here is the syncing app: http://www.google.com/apps/intl/en/b...alendar%20sync oh, and this little plug-in syncs in both directions.
There is no bedside mode on the android, as far as a soft clock that shows all night, but you just silence the phone before retiring but any alarm programs will sound.
Sorry, I don't know about the music sync app, I don't put music on my phone. I have a 160GB ipod.Last edited by dollface54; 11-03-2011 at 10:52 PM.

HTC and stock Android definitely have bedside modes, and I know some Motorola phones have it too. Example of HTC's dock/bedside mode:

That is if you buy a dock. But if you download a clock app it will turn into a bedside mode when you charge it, like Kaohler (spelling) Clock.
