I'm in the same boat for getting my phone. Employees can't buy at the store and they need to be ordered via the website. Here's hoping they let me do a Saturday delivery, cause that would be epic.

If you're able to do that, let me know how. Saturday delivery isn't a shipping option on the website, and one of my coworkers spoke with employee accounts and was told it's not an option for us. So if you can finagle a Saturday delivery, I'd like to know how it's done.

The one plus side is that we don't have to mail in rebates because of the online instant discount. Saving $100 at the start is worth waiting 2 days.

Went by my 3rd VZW store in an effort to get some accessories prior to tomorrow's rush. For the 3rd time was turned away empty handed. I DID schedule an appointment to pickup my Driod tomorrow morning at 7am. The rep said that appointments would be handled before normal walk in traffic. Should be interesting.

moosc just go in they are doing that because they don't want alot of people waiting around. I would just go in first thing in the morning. They can't/won't turn you away......

The chick at Best Buy told me they are only scheduling people for that reason but i can come in anytime. If your comfortable with having to wait just go in. worst case you wait for 2 hours/best case you get it at 10am

I asked in the store yesterday and was told no appointments. Called again just a minute ago and was told again, no appointments. Wish I could believe them but seems like I always get a different answer to my questions depending on who I ask.

Planning to be there verrrrrry early since this store supposedly only has 50 units.

I agree...The 50% is nice but I mean really? I dont understand why reps at the store can not handle our accounts but a rep over the phone can...? Just doesn't make any sense to me....But i'll be up at 12:30am trying to place my order
