Read this article about the HTC incredible coming soon, do you think what he says about the Nexus One is true?

Similar specs, does not seem like a big deal to me, the Incredible looks very nice (and I was looking forward to getting the N1). I'd almost prefer a device that VZW can stand behind and completely support without having to try and get a hold of Google.

Yeah I look at the way the TMo and ATT N1 hardware issues are coming out and have nothing to say but "Fail". I think Google being the dealer may be hampering QA processes.

That sucks. I wanted the N1 to come to Verizon. I like it better than the Droid Incredible.

Some people dislike the Sense UI. I'm not a big fan either...

The HTC Sense UI apps are still on the device even when it's shutdown. The best way is to root the Incredible and remove the stock apps. But then it's just a N1 anyway.

Basically, get the N1 if you want stock Android and get the Droid Incredible if you want Sense.

Sense is okay but I prefer stock. Not getting another Android device until the Moto Droid 2 at least. The Droid is working wonders for me.

Nexus 1 is old news. Time to move on to the Incredible. This is why I told you folks to go play golf or something. It was a waste time waiting for the Nexus. Gentlemens bet for you.....the Nexus 1 if and when it comes out for Verizon will fail big time going head to head with the Incredible. Trust me on this.

    See ya on the 29th.

you should wait to see how sense runs on the incredible before making the assumption of lag on this device. everything i've read says that the incredible screams with speed.

I think that if two phones with the same specs were released, Verizon wouldn't sell as many due to people being confused.

The Incredible will be old news when the 4G iPhone comes out this summer. Hopefully on Verizon which a lot of news sources are indicating it will. AT&T's contract with Apple is around its end.

I did for a while as it was speculated that the Incredible would only have 256MB RAM, but it now indicates 512MB RAM.

True but rooted users won't care for that because they can store apps on their SD cards on their Droids and Nexus Ones right now. Won't be long till the Incredible gets that feature too though.
