I tried to enable smart profile and now my ringer wont work. Smart profile never worked in the first place. I figured I give it a try after the update and now the ringer doesn't work. I've done a battery pull, powered down Nothings works.

I've checked all my setting and have changed them and set them back nothing. I'm panicking now I have no ringer!!!!! It only Vibrates and that box isn't even checked.

NO NO NO.....There has to be another solution. Don't Moto Know about this.

Ok if I have to Factory reset how do I make sure everything has synced since Back up assistance does work

it should already be sync to your gmail account

You can also back up your apps, but not data in the apps, using Astro.

If you're rooted, use Titanium Backup or Backup Pro is supposed to be good.
