Everytime I hear music on my hero with headphones and someone call me and I pick up with the headphones the person cannot hear me and if I unplug the headphones then I cannot hear them without putting it on speaker. Is my hero damage or are they like that.

I have a hero and don't have any issue. I can answer the call with my headphones plugged in. Maybe its the headphones? or there could be a problem with the headphone port itself.
