- How can I return it. The store told me AFTER a week that it has to have 30 min of talk time or less.I'm pretty sure I'm over that. Is there a way to check? could I reset it or something. Please help me. if you wanna know why I wanna return please read below.
I want to return this phone only after about a week because the keyboard is driving me bonkers. Also there's a settings button by the period that is so easy to hit. Then once I click back from clicking the settings, everything I typed is gone.
Hmm and the phones so big and I have really tiny hands. I find myself texting a lot. I have to moniter this thing like a baby. What apps are running..data.. bla.

I've heard T-mobile is trying to get into Canada..and i'd love to see some more competition..as we only have 3 carriers to choose from..and they all work in cahoots together.
Anyways.../end rantlssanjose and ILUMINATIUNDEAD like this.09-01-11 02:06 PMLike 2 - I've got a Tmobile sim card for when I travel in the States..and for $80 I get unlimited talk, text, and data. If they came up here with even close to that rate..people would be lined in the streets for them lol. Like I said..we pay virtually double that for something similiar (but we don't get unlimited data..or minutes). $160/month is my cellphone base cost..for 1 phone09-01-11 02:39 PMLike 0

- The Samsung keypad does kind of suck, I agree. But that doesn't mean you should return the phone. There's a bunch of great alternative keyboards (SwiftKey X for example) that should make your experience much better.09-02-11 12:14 AMLike 0

- Try the Gingerbread Keyboard from the market. Its free and works well.

When I first bought my Torch..I bought from Best Buy because I was guaranteed a 14 day trial whereas the dealer I normally dealt with told me there was NO trial period. Once I left the store with it, it was mine lol. The 30min talk time thing is crap..because I think I had used it up on my drive from the store back to work. I could understand the 2 weeks trial..but 30 mins? C'mon..it's not like talking on a phone wears it out lol..09-22-11 12:43 PMLike 0 - DuviRetired ModeratorGlad to hear your 2nd go around is better!
