I had to do a factory restore to get rid of my gmail account. I had purchased a few apps in android marketplace, now after the restore they are all gone. I went to market and tried to reload my purchased apps , but there seems to be no way to get them back unless I purchase them again. Is there a way to get the apps back I already purchased without having to pay for them again. I can't seem to find a my account section or anything. If there is no way to get them back aftr a factory reset ,that would just be dumb. Any help would be appreciated.

They are tied to your google account...

Here is what I would do. Factory reset again and setup with your original gmail account. This should get you the apps back. Then, add your other/new gmail account, and then turn off sync for the gmail account you don't want to use.

That's what I would try. Let me know how it works.
